As part of an end-of-study project, we created a fictitious company and developed its online identity through different social networks such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, all in just 1 month.
As part of our course, we undertook this initiative to put our digital marketing knowledge into practice. Our goal was to create a strong, consistent online presence for our fictional business, using platforms that are popular and relevant to our industry.
We have developed strategies on each social network to maximize our visibility and reach our target audience. On Instagram, we shared engaging visual content showcasing our imagined products or services, while using the right hashtags and encouraging interaction with our audience. On LinkedIn, we created a professional presence by sharing relevant information about our fictional company, making connections with industry professionals, and participating in discussions. On Pinterest, we created inspirational themed boards, adding pins that reflected our fictional brand identity.
We also made sure to maintain consistency in our online identity, using the same colors, logos and tone of communication across all platforms. This allowed us to build recognition of our fictional brand and create a unified experience for our visitors.
This end-of-study project offered us a valuable opportunity to apply our theoretical knowledge to a practical case. We gained real-world experience in creating an online identity and managing social media, which prepared us to meet the challenges of digital marketing in the professional world.
We are proud of the results obtained particularly on Pinterest and hope that our project will inspire other students and clients to explore the potential of social networks to develop a successful online presence.
